Presentation Agent is hallucinating quite a bit?

    The audio is glitchy and latency is quite bad at times.

    All the rules that I have built into the presentation does not work. I could not get a single action, tool or knowledgebase to work?

Once the issue is resolved, the cloned AI agent and all associated data will be deleted.

    Hi Nagesh,

    Regarding checking the conversations, sure, we can look into this for you. We’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi Nagesh,

    We can't access your account because it's 2FA enable. We also can't check the conversation you had with your AI agent. Can you temporarily disable the 2FA? Let me show you how to do this:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.

    3. Select Security from the left side window.

    Can you share with us a screen recording of the audio being glitchy on your AI Agent presentation? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    I checked your Actions on the AI agent, and it seems that you have only added one at this time. Check out the image below:

Image 1 Screenshot 20To further test your AI Presentation Agent, can you tell us the test you did that made you check that the actions, tools, or knowledge base didn't work? For the audio glitches, can you try connecting to another network and check if this resolves the issue? I tried viewing your AI agent on my end, but couldn't replicate this issue on my end. For testing purposes, can you add some more knowledge base on your AI agent for training?
