Please assist with what I am not doing. I just want to add a square to the account.

Let me help you with adding Square to your form:
- In the Form Builder, click Add Form Element.
- Go to the Payments tab and search for Square. Click or drag it to add it to your form.
- In Payment Settings, click Connect to link your Square account. The button will turn green once connected.
- Set your business location and currency. These are based on your Square account settings.
- Choose the payment type you want to accept, such as selling products or donations.
- Save your settings to complete the integration.
If you follow these steps, you should be able to add Square to your form successfully.

I have tried this several times and when I click to connect the square account it just circles and never does.

If the connection to Square keeps loading without completing, try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try connecting using a different browser or incognito mode.
- Ensure your Square account is active and has no restrictions.
- Check your internet connection for stability.
If the issue persists, it might be a temporary glitch with the integration service.

Hi Anna,
Some browsers may have compatibility issues. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox for the best experience with Square integration.
Trying incognito mode or disabling browser extensions might also help.

Hi Anna,
Are you trying to add Square integration on your Party Invitation Form? If yes, I can see that you currently have a Square Payment integration. I have also cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly and I was able to submit a test submission. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? Usually, if we remove the Square integration and then set it up again, it starts working properly. First, let me show you how to do remove connection:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payments tab, click on Square and select Payment Settings.
- In the menu on the right, click on the Gear icon at the top right corner.
- Click on Connected, and then click on Reconnect.
- While in the Square Integration menu, click on Connect.
- In the window that pops-up, sign in to your Square account.
- Once you sign in, click on Continue at the bottom right of the menu.
