Booking showing on website but nothing in back end

    Hello,


    On my website there is a 5:00pm slot booked out on the form but nothing in the backend , no email notifications either?


    This is not the first time this has happened and nobody shows up to the center for the booking, can you please advise?

    Hi Angela,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Good Morning,

    I have activated this now - If you can please look at today the 11am is booked but I have nothing in the backend that I can find for that booking.

    Hi Angela,

    I checked and the 5:00 PM appointment is in your incomplete payments folder. Let me show you where to find it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to the name of the active tab.

    2. Then, click on Incomplete payments in the Tab menu.

    3. In the Incomplete Payments section, hover your mouse over a submission with incomplete payment, and click on the View details button.

    4. You can then review the submission and click on either the Delete Forever button or the Complete button.
