    Hi,

I have the chat response length to Minimal and the AI seems to still give quite long responses.

    For example: https://www.jotform.com/conversations/251801343308045

AI: "Thanks for sharing that; I’m noting the state as Victoria to keep everything accurate for your claim. Could you please give a brief description of the damage at the property?"

Person: "There was a break in, and the main entry door is damaged. Along with the living room windows. We need them to be secured."

AI: "That sounds really stressful, and I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I’ll make sure we focus on securing those areas quickly for you. Could you please provide the full name of the site contact?"

Any prompts to make stop commenting on the responses?

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, the AI agent may include conversational comments even when the response length is set to Minimal. There isn't a direct setting to completely stop the AI from adding these comments in its replies. But, here are some suggestions to manage this behavior:

    • Review and adjust the training and prompts in your AI Agent Builder to guide the AI towards more concise replies.
    • Use the Teach Your Agent feature to provide examples of shorter, more direct responses you want the AI to follow.
    • Use the Voice Guidelines feature to prompt the AI Agent not to comment on the response.

These steps can help reduce the length and commentary style of AI responses, but some conversational elements might still appear, depending on the AI's training and context.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
