We have nearly reached our limit for the month.

    Hi we have an email saying we have nearly reached our limit for the month! Does that reset with the start of the month???

    Please lets know urgently

    Hi Sal,

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your account limit. When I check your account, I can see that it's near its monthly submissions limit, with usage 72 / 100, but it hasn't exceeded the limit yet so you're still good to go. The monthly reset follows the server clock, so your limit will likely refresh soon once the reset takes effect for everyone. You can also check the exact date when your monthly usage resets by visiting your Account Usage page.

    If you find that your current limits are not sufficient, you also have the option to upgrade your account on the Pricing page to increase or remove these limits.

    Hello is our account working ok??? Not receiving as many as we should be & it doesn’t seem to have reset for the start of the month
