I'm setting up an AI chatbot with voice capabilities for my design portfolio website. I'm having an issue with the voice AI pronunciation of my name "Akeene."
The Problem: The voice AI is pronouncing my name as "Ah-KEE-nee" when it should be pronounced "Ah-KEEN" (with a silent E at the end, like the word "keen" with "ah" in front).
What I've Tried:
- Added pronunciation guidance to the Knowledge Base
- Trained the agent with phonetic spelling instructions
- Attempted to use alternative spellings in training
What I Need: Could you please help me configure the voice AI to pronounce "Akeene" correctly as "Ah-KEEN"? Is there a specific phonetic format or setting I should use for proper name pronunciation in the voice system?
This is important for my professional portfolio as visitors will hear my name spoken incorrectly, which affects my brand presentation.

Yes, you have my permission to clone my AI agent and knowledge base for troubleshooting purposes. I understand this is for diagnostic purposes only and that all cloned data will be deleted once the issue is resolved.
Before proceeding, I have a few questions:
- Will this process affect or delete my current AI agent's training and knowledge base that I've already set up?
- Can you confirm that my original agent with all the custom training conversations and knowledge I've added will remain intact?
- How will I know when the troubleshooting is complete and the cloned data has been deleted?
I've spent considerable time training this agent with specific responses and knowledge about my design business, so I want to make sure none of that work is lost during this process.

The cloning process creates a separate copy of your AI agent and knowledge base. It will not affect or delete your current AI agent's training and knowledge base that you have already set up. Your original agent, along with all custom training conversations and knowledge, will remain intact and unchanged throughout the troubleshooting process.
Once the troubleshooting is complete, you will be informed that the cloned data has been deleted securely. This approach ensures your work and data remain safe while allowing us to diagnose and resolve the pronunciation issue effectively.
I've cloned your AI Agent and added an Action to prompt the Voice Agent to pronounce your name correctly. Here's the action:
Here's the link to the clone version of your AI Agent. Feel free to test it and if the pronunciation is already correct, you can add the same Action on your AI Agent. Once we get your confirmation that this fixes the issue, I will delete the clone version.
