Please push form submissions for the connected Google Sheet from this form: https://form.jotform.com/221347874425157
I can see registrations back to May 28th that are not coming through. For example the following submission IDs are missing on the connected Sheet:
6242575154513369512
6242572794519855177
I just cleared the form cache as a precaution.
I don't understand why because the headers are unchanged and submissions before and after are coming but we are missing others. This is urgent. Please notify me when it's done. Thanks!

Hi Admin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To address the missing responses in your connected Google Sheet, the best approach is to disconnect and then reconnect the Google Sheets integration. This often resolves issues with missing data.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Settings in your Form Builder.
- Select Integrations on the left panel.
- Find Google Sheets integration, then click Remove Integration and confirm.
- Reconnect the integration by following the integration setup steps, ensuring to send existing submissions to the sheet.
This process should push all missing submissions, including those from May 28th, to your Google Sheet. Once done, please verify if the missing submission IDs appear.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jenn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've successfully pushed your form submissions to your Google Sheets integration. Can you check your spreadsheet to see if the missing submissions are in there?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Gian_D
Thanks for your response. I see those missing ones but it has me wondering:
1 - Why would these two examples missing and were there others? These were from May and we've had plenty before and after...so why did these get stuck?
2 - What can I do to prevent this in the future?

Hi Jenn,
Have you made any changes on the integrated sheet prior to those submissions not being sent, such as adding or removing columns and modifying columns and rows? Or, have you made any changes on the form itself, such as If so, note that this could affect the integration to be interrupted. To prevent this from happening, if you made even a single change on the integrated Google Sheet, we recommend re-integrating your form to it. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration.
- Now, select Use an Existing Spreadsheet and click on Next.
- Then, click on Authenticate and connect your Google account.
- Once you connect your Google account, click on Add Action.
- In the Select a Spreadsheet section, click on Select, and
- Select your Google Spreadsheet in the window that opens and click on Select.
- Scroll down, make sure Send Existing Submissions to the Sheet option is selected and click the on Save button at the bottom right of the settings. That’s it.
