On page 3 of my form, I have hidden fields that show when I move to published or preview mode.
I've checked my conditions about when they should show and it seems to be correct.
Where is the problem?

Hi Pam,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Conditions wasn't configured correctly.
When I select 1, only Pairs Team 1 appears. However, when I select 2, both teams are shown, this is based on how the conditions are currently set up. You can refer to the screenshot below for reference.
Which value(s) from the dropdown No. of Pairs Teams to be entered should trigger the hidden fields to appear? For example: Should 1 show only Team 1 fields? Should 2 show both Team 1 and Team 2 fields?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the help.
When 1 is selected from the drop down, only Team 1 fields should show.
When 2 is selected from the drop down, both Team 1 and Team 2 fields should show.

Hi Pam,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Condition wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form Builder, select No. of Pairs Teams to be entered field.
- Click on the Conditions icon, and the condition stied to the field will show up.
- Hover your mouse to the Show/Hide Field condition for the Name (Pairs) field, then click the pencil icon.
- On the list of the fields that should be hidden, remove the hidden fields on page 3. Example: Pairs Team 1 Skip Name and Pairs Team 1 Lead Name etc.
- Finally, click Save.
See screencast below for the result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
