Data protection - AVV contract - Compliance evidence requested

Dear Jotform Team,

I am reaching out to you, as I am the dataprotection coordinator within our company (Holmes Place Health Clubs GmbH).

We have a contract with you and in the past, you have provided us with your AVV document.

In connection with this, I would like to ask you to send me your proof of compliance in accordance with the AVV section ‘Verification’.

I had send this request to your helpcenter, but they informed me that they are not the in charge of this request and that I should contact you instead - which I am doing herewith.

thank you, but as I have mentioned: we have already signed the DPA / AVV.

What I am requesting as Data Protection Coordinator are your compliance certificates that are mentioned in the AVV document (section ‘Verification’).

It would be really important and helpful, if you send these certificates to me until August 15th 2025.
