How to Send a Copy of Submission to the User?

I would also like to add an email field, where when I enter the email address of the person I am evaluating, at the end they will receive a copy of the evaluation in their email. Is this possible?

Now, coming back to your question. If you Set up an Autoresponder Email, your customers will get emails with their data after they fill out the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
