That automatically allows people to add the event to their outlook, apple, or google calendars?
If so, how do I do this?

Hi Reggie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
You can add a calendar invite email that allows people to add the event to their Outlook, Apple, or Google calendars by using Jotform's Appointment field with calendar integrations.
Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu and add the Appointment field to your form.
- Click the Gear icon on the Appointment field to open its properties.
- Under the Availability tab, select the calendar you want to sync with (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Calendly).
- Authenticate your calendar account and configure event details like title, attendees, description, and location.
- Save the settings.
Once set up, when someone registers or books through your form, an event invitation will be automatically sent to their email, allowing them to add it to their calendar.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Reggie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have direct option to add events on the user's calendar. But, as a workaround, you can create a link button in the Thank You Page where the user can click the calendar link and save it to their calendar. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on the Thank You Page in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Chain icon in the top navigation bar and enter the calendar URL and button name, then click OK.
You can check out this Demo Form so you can try it by yourself. If you want to clone the form, we've got a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL that will help you do it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
