Salesforce integration with community platform

We are a charity. If we signed up to the free pricing plan would we have to pay extra for a Salesforce integration? Also can you embed jotform in a salesforce community platform?

On a Free plan you have access to all Jotform integrations and tools, Salesforce included.
Here you can check limits for FREE plan and paid plans: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/
However, on a Free plan there is a limit of 100 Monthly Submissions meaning the total number of submissions you can receive for one form on a monthly basis.
