    Good morning

On my website (www.simplyinsurancehelp.com) the “Submit” button does not appear on my Jotform, when viewed from a cell phone.  How do I fix that?

    Thanks

    Greg

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form embedded in your website and the submit button is showing at my end when using my android device. You would have to scroll down to view the complete form with the submit button. Check out this screenshot of my test:

May we know the device you're using for us to replicate the issue?

Can you give it another try and let us know how it goes?

    Hello again,
I have a minor problem with my jot form on my website (www.simplyinsurancehelp.com)
On a laptop and iPad it works correctly however, on a cell phone the “Submit” button displays at the very bottom of the form and many of my seniors fill out the form information but then cannot find the submit button.
Question = Can I move the “Submit” button to just under the phone number without the large spacing on a cell phone?
This is why you guys are the best…

    Hi Greg,

When I checked the embedded form in your webpage on a mobile browser, I saw that the submit button was placed closed to the Phone Number field already. Check out the screencast below to see what I'm seeing on my end:

Since you’re using Google Sites to build your page, the form doesn’t display in full on mobile. Users need to scroll down manually to see the fields at the bottom. Because of Google Sites’ limitations, there isn’t an option to stretch the embed further or make it more responsive on mobile.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
