I need a copy of a form I have submitted.

Didnt save an application that was true the jotform programe.i need a copy of it.any chance i can restore

I am not sure if I could understand you well. Have you deleted a form and need to restore it? Unfortunately, I could not find any deleted form under your account jkarinauskaite. Maybe your form was permanently deleted. In this case, there is no way to recover anymore.

Thank you Vick.That what exactly happend.was open an application form from jotforms for my childs secondary school.i contacted the school admin but they refusing to give me a copy of that application.thank you for your answer
