Can I collect an e-signature with Smart PDF Forms?

    Can I collect an e signature this way as well.

    What I’m trying to do is collect an e-signature for my arbitration form and my consent to treat Form.

    How do I do that?

    Hello Karen,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to have a signature field in the PDF Forms. It has to be affixed using the Adobe Acrobat Signature tool or similar apps. You can, however, add an e-signature widget in an online form. Please check the following guide for more details:
