Hi team
I have a form and a PDF based on that. In my PDF I have a few text fields that I would like to include dependant upon the value of a particular form field.
e.g. On my form is a field asking if the person completing it is doing so on behalf of somebody else.
If that is set to Yes, in my PDF I want to include a new page with some text and some of the form fields.
If it is set to No, I don't want any of the particular form fields (which will be blank and so won't show anyway), but nor do I want the new page nor the text.
Is this possible?
Many Thanks

Hi WannerooMensShed,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about conditional field inclusion in your PDF based on a form field value, Jotform currently does not support adding or removing entire pages in the PDF conditionally. However, you can use conditional logic within the form to control which fields are shown or hidden based on the user's input. These fields will then appear or remain blank in the PDF accordingly.
For more advanced PDF customization like adding a new page with text and fields only if a condition is met, this would typically require external PDF editing tools after exporting the PDF or using custom scripts outside Jotform.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi WannerooMensShed,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form and saw that you already moved form fields with condition to another page in your PDF. If you are still having an issue on this, let us know.
As for your other question, I have moved it to a new thread and helped you there. You can check my reply here.
