    Hi Victory,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

The error message means you are using outdated PayPal products in your forms. PayPal has removed older versions like PayPal Invoicing and PayPal Checkout. To fix this, you need to update your forms to use the latest PayPal integration called "PayPal Business" (now simply "PayPal").

    Let me show you how:

    1. Edit your form in the Form Builder.
    2. Remove the old PayPal payment fields that show the error.
    3. Add the new PayPal payment integration by selecting "PayPal" from the payment options.

This new integration includes updated features like Fastlane, Venmo, and Buy Now Pay Later.

For detailed instructions, you can visit our guide on how to integrate PayPal Business with Jotform.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

If you are using outdated PayPal versions, we suggest you switch to the newly updated versions of PayPal. If you are using PayPal Business, you should switch to PayPal. If the version you are using is PayPal Personal, you should switch to PayPal Standard.

As I see, you already have Reusable Payment Connections feature on your account. To learn how to switch gateway, please visit this guide.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Hi Victory,

Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Also, share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi victoryoutreachstockton,

You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

This is the note that pops up after i select the error message. There is no form showing under it anymore so i can't find the URL because it doesn't provide me which form is the issue.PayPal Integration: Getting an error message that forms are using unsupported PayPal products Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi Victory,

This error message occurs because some forms might be using outdated PayPal payment integrations that are no longer supported. I checked your account and I can see that you currently have 43 forms in which 29 are archived, and 3 are disabled by you. Try to identify which one has the PayPal integration causing the issue.

Since they discontinued certain integrations, you'll have to update your forms with the latest PayPal integration which is PayPal Business or PayPal Personal. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Elements button on the left side of the page, and click on the Payments tab.
    2. Scroll down and select PayPal Standard, click on the Three Dots icon and click on Switch to another gateway.
    3. Now, select PayPal on the pop-up window that opens up.
    4. Finally, click on Use Selection.

Alternatively, if you have checked all your forms and confirmed that none of the forms are using the discontinued integrations, can you try logging out and logging back in to see if the error message appears? I have also Cleared your Form Cache on my end to refresh your forms and as a precaution. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
