    Does Jotform offer an auto attendant service to direct phone calls to extensions?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand correctly, you want a feature that if someone calls, an AI Agent will act as an operator and forward calls to correct extensions? If so, unfortunately it's not possible. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers.     Thanks for reaching out! I'm one of the developers working on Jotform's AI voice agents, and I'm excited to tell you about a new feature we recently introduced that might be exactly what you're looking for.

    This feature gives agent owners the flexibility to receive calls during their preferred hours. For instance, if you'd like your AI agent to handle calls during off-hours while having customers reach you directly during business hours, you can now set that up easily.

    Here's how to configure it:
