Now, coming back to your question. You can redirect the form to another URL based on their answer. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. In the Conditions menu, click on the Change Thank You Page 
   
   
4. Create a condition similar to one below:
