How the Save button works?

Hello, Similar Question was asked before, but there was not a clear follow up "answer"

When choosing the "save and continue later" option embedded in the form, the draft in sent on our email address. Is there a way the person filling the application can receive the email with the draft link on their address? So, they can access it later and continue from where they left it Thank u!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When a form filler clicks the Save button, they can either log in to their account to complete the action or skip the login. If they skip the login, they can either enter an email address to receive the draft URL by email or copy the draft URL directly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

If you are receiving the Email with the Draft URL after testing your form, most probably this is happening because you are already linked to your account, but if you test your form from a browser you are not logged in, you will see the path I gust shown in the screencast above. You can also test this demo form to see that the Email with the Draft URL is sent to the form filler after hitting Save.

That doesn't work. Even when I signed out of Jotform, it continues to say in both Laptop and iPad "Please login to the account that created this link"

Can you confirm us if you tested this demo form? Were you able to have the same issue here? Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
