AI Agent: How to use own image for the avatar?

Hi, I've just started using your chatbot, which looks great; however, the only thing stopping me from going live is the Avatar at the top of the chat window. None of the provided options suit & ideally, I would like to upload my image that suits my cricket bat making business. Every looks quite American & we are an Australian company.

Hi Rod,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You should be able to upload your own image to use as your avatar. Let’s do it:

1. In your AI Agent Builder Page, click on the Roller Paint icon on the right side.

2. Under the Avatar Gallery, select Upload.

3. Under the Upload tab, click on Upload an Avatar, and select your image from your device. The system will automatically adjust it to the necessary dimensions.

That’s it! Your photo has now been successfully uploaded, replacing the current AI Agent avatar.
