Thanks Also, i have an Excel sheet containing existing data, including phone numbers and other details. I'd like the form to check if a user's phone number exists in that sheet—if it does, the form should prefill their information and allow them to update it if needed. If the number isn’t found, the user should be able to manually fill in all the fields.
I'm currently trying to use the "Spreadsheet to Form" feature, but it only allows users whose phone number (used as the access code) already exists in the table.
Is there an alternative method to achieve this functionality?

Hello Franz,
Aside from the Spreadsheet to Form widget, you can import your Excel file into Jotform Table and use it to prefill your form using the Table Prefill feature. Here's how you can find this option in the Form Builder:
- Go to the Publish tab in the Form Builder.
- Click Prefill on the left.
- Choose the Tables Prefill option.
Here's a guide with the complete steps that you can check.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

However, our plan is to share a single form link via WhatsApp. From what I can see, the system generates a unique prefilled link for each user, which isn't practical since we have data for over 50 users."
Let me know if you'd like it even more concise or more formal.

Hello Franz,
Unfortunately, that's the only way to prefill the form from an excel file. You can check this guide on Jotform's Prefill Options.
