I've had a few clients who apply on our applications and they keep running into this error, the screen keeps getting stuck on "Please Wait" after hitting Submit.
Usually we don't have any complaints but as of lately we have noticed an increase of this error, I've already cache on our side of things but if you could please assist.
Especially with the form attached below

I've cleared your cache and can see that your form is working fine. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happened, can you provide a screenshot of your Console Log?
