Conversation Page: How to share Conversation to collaborators?

I have the agent's conversation going into a joint email, but to view the entire conversation they would have to log into my jotform account. How can I get others to see the full conversation without giving my login for jotform, even though I have the alerts going to a joint email?

You can share your form's Inbox with others without giving your Jotform login by using the Inbox sharing feature. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Jotform Inbox and open the form's inbox you want to share.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood it correctly, you want another user to be able to view the conversation? If so, you can add them as a collaborator to view the conversation page. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Conversation Page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page. 
2. In the Share This Conversation window, click on Settings.
3. 4. In the Share This Inbox window, click on Create Link to share your conversation page by sending the link, or use the Invite By Email option.
