Hi Shannon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
You can use the Field Manager app to copy parts of a form and transfer them to another form. Here’s how:
- Go to the Field Manager and click Manage Fields.
- Allow access to your forms by clicking Allow.
- Select the first form, then the second form you want to merge fields with.
- Choose the fields you want to copy and click the arrow to transfer them.
This will copy the fields and their settings but not the submissions or conditions tied to them.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Shannon,
The Field Manager app copies fields and their settings but does not transfer form conditions. To keep conditions, it's best to clone the entire form instead.
Let us know if you need more help.

Hi Shannon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, while the Field Manager app allows you to copy fields and their settings between forms, it does not transfer form conditions. If maintaining the conditions is important, the best approach is to clone the entire form instead. Let me show you how:
1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
After cloning your form, it'll open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it. You can also follow this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
