Never getting a copy in my email once someone signs my documents

as it said i dont get a copy once someone signed the document i even had if i had "send audit trail to recipient" turned on

If you are not receiving a copy of the signed document email despite having "send audit trail to recipient" enabled, please check your account History page to verify the email status. You can do this by clicking your account Avatar, selecting Profile, then the History tab, and filtering for Email history.

if someone complete my form i get the email. it only if someone signs my document

Thanks for the clarification. Receiving emails when a form is completed but not when a document is signed may be due to different notification settings for signed documents. Please check your workflow or document settings to ensure notifications are enabled specifically for signed documents.

If you use Jotform Sign, verify the signature automation and notification settings there as well.

You can manage your signed document notifications in the Sign Builder. Go to the Send tab, then click Options to enable automatic reminder emails and check notification settings.
