Autoresponse email not sending

    My autoresponse email to the person submitting the form is not working.

    I can do the test and it works fine.

    When I submit a form, I do not get the autoresponse email.

    I have cleared cache. Checked history and bounces.

    Any help you could give would be great!

    Since your autoresponse email test works but doesn't send after actual submissions, please double-check your form's email settings:

    1. Go to Settings > Emails in your form builder.
    2. Edit the autoresponder email and verify the Recipients tab to ensure the recipient email is set correctly.
    3. Check the Advanced tab to confirm the sender email is properly configured and not on any bounce list.

    Also, ensure that noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com are added to your email contacts or whitelist to avoid spam filtering.

    Recipient is set to go to the email address provided in the form.

    Sender email is configured and not on bounce list.

    Email is not in Spam/Junk

    Since the recipient and sender settings are correct and the email is not in spam, please check your form's email logs in your Account History to see if the autoresponse email was sent or if there are any delivery errors.

    Also, ensure that noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com are added to your contacts or whitelist to prevent filtering issues.

    If you use a custom domain for sender email, consider setting up SMTP to improve deliverability.

    There is nothing in history. No delivery errors either.

    Using gmail to send.

    I checked your mail logs, and it appears that you were able to receive the Autoresponder Email for your test submission today. Can you share us the email address of the user that submitted your form and did not get the Autoresponder Email?
