    Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can achieve this using the Form Fields button. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on the Pencil icon to open the Notification Email.

    4. Hover over the Email tab until you reach the Signature section, then click on the field.

    5. Next, click on Form Fields, and scroll down the popup until you find the field with the same name. Do the same in the others images sections.

    Eduarda.

Thanks for this. Is it possible to have the photos displayed in the actual email or does it have to be a link?

    Thanks

    Hi Steve,

Sorry for my misunderstood. After some testing, I discovered that the images weren’t displaying correctly, most likely because the IMG: prefix was copied and pasted. For it to work properly, you’ll need to manually type the prefix before the upload field’s tag instead of copying it. Here's how to do it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange top menu.

    2. Select the Emails tab from the left-hand panel.

    3. Hover over your Notification or Autoresponder email and click the pencil icon to edit it.

    4. Inside the email content, manually rewrite the field names, making sure to type the IMG: prefix before the upload field tag.

    5. Once done, click on Save to apply the changes.
