Applying the nonprofit discount to the subscription plan

We are a 501 c3 non profit organization.

How can i find out if we are currently receiving the non profit discount on the BRONZE plan we have?

I’ve checked the account linked to the email address that you're using to contact us and can confirm that your account has a nonprofit status. Since you're already in a plan when you applied and got approved for the nonprofit discount, it will be effective on the next subscription. That means if you want to have the nonprofit discount now, you will need to cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new one for the nonprofit discount to be applied.

I checked your latest subscription and it's still within the 30-day timeframe. Jotform has a 30 Day Money Back Policy, so you can fill out our Refund Request form here and the relevant team will review it. Wait for 3 to 5 business days for the refund process to complete. You can also check out our guide on How to Request a Refund From Jotform for more information.

Also, note that when you get the refund, you'll then be downgraded to the Starter (Free) Plan. This means your account limit will also be adjusted for the Starter Plan. You can see the complete list of limits per plan here. Once that's done, you can then upgrade again to your plan and the nonprofit discount will be automatically applied.

That seems super complicated lol

I am not able to just switch it over? When I look at it online that is what it seems like I should be able to do. And we would just have a credit.

or am I not understanding correctly?

We can reach out to the relevant team if you want the nonprofit discount to be applied to your current Bronze plan. If you want to upgrade instead, as shown on your screenshot, the discount will automatically get applied since you're upgrading to a higher tier plan. If that's the plan you want, then you can go ahead and continue upgrading your account and the unused Bronze plan will be used to pay for the upgrade.

I think that the plan we currently have is just fine, but I would like non profit discount applied somehow.
