- For drop downs if it says yes or no and lets say no is clicked. Can it then be prompted to a comment box at the end of the form?
- If a question is not answered can it be hidden from the final report?
- How do I apply something as a footer? Something that never goes away.

Hi Krystle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, all of these can be achieved using Jotform’s features. For the dropdown, you can use conditional logic to show a comment box when No is selected. We have a guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Conditionally that you can check out.
To hide unanswered questions from the final report, you can use hidden fields or Show/Hide condition to exclude empty responses. If you're generating a PDF report, you can configure it to only display answered fields.
For a footer that remains visible throughout the form, you can add a Paragraph element at the bottom of the form.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
