I have been working on a form of mine for a while and have close to 80 conditions on the form.
Yet today when I was editing a condition of the form it somehow erased all my other conditions and duplicated that one condition over all of the previous condition statements. I am not sure what bug caused this to happen, but I need to get my conditions back and finalize my form. Please fix ASAP.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to restore form conditions once they have been overwritten or erased in the form builder.
If you've experienced issues with duplicated conditions, start by checking whether you have a previous version of your form saved. If you’ve exported the form or kept backups, you can restore it from those versions. While Jotform doesn’t currently provide a built-in revision history specifically for conditions, any manual backups or cloned versions of your form could help you revert changes.
If no backup is available, you may need to manually recreate the affected conditions. To avoid similar issues in the future, it’s a good idea to regularly export your form or document your conditions externally as you build or update them.
To prevent this issue in the future, ensure you save your work frequently and avoid making multiple condition edits in one session without saving. If you need guidance on creating or managing conditions, we have a helpful guide on how to add conditional logic to your form.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Just to confirm, this was an error with Jotform. I save my form conditions every single time I finish editing one of them, you have to. I was editing the conditions and had 80ish unique conditions, all saved. I went into a single condition, made edits, saved them, and went back to the condition home screen and all the conditions had become the condition I had just saved.
How can I access backups of the forms? The form is constantly auto-saving, so I would have to imagine that there would be a backup.
When you say, "To avoid similar issues in the future, it’s a good idea to regularly export your form or document your conditions externally as you build or update them." Are you saying that Jotform regularly has glitches like this, and so I need to document 80 conditions outside of Jotform in the case the system decides to break?!? In which case, I need to manually go back in and add them one-by-one. I use systems like Jotform to ease my work, not to cause more work for myself.
Your answers are deeply concerning to my trust of this product!! I need better answers and support.

Hi Ryan,
To clarify, while Jotform’s form builder includes an auto-save feature that saves your changes as you work, it currently does not have a built-in version history or backup system specifically for form conditions. This means that if conditions are overwritten or duplicated unexpectedly, there is no direct way to restore previous versions from within the platform.
Regarding backups, the auto-save feature ensures your form data is saved, but it does not create accessible backup snapshots or versions for conditions. If you have exported your form or created cloned copies in the past, those can serve as backups. Otherwise, unfortunately, there is no automatic backup available to revert to.
We do not intend to imply that Jotform regularly experiences glitches; rather, the recommendation to document or export your conditions externally is a precautionary measure to protect your work in rare cases of unexpected behavior. Your feedback about the impact on your trust and workflow is important and has been noted.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
