My mother passed away unexpectedly last weekend. My coworkers needed access to our JOTform earlier this week. I updated the password that was apparently beyond the 90-day re-set. I shared the updated password with two people (in case one was out of the office). My guess is that they shared the password & then more than one person tried to enter the updated password, more than one person entered it incorrectly, and it was a team effort that locked our JOTform account. :- /
Another shining example that Communication can be a vital tool or a deadly weapon.1) What do I need to do to get our JOTform account unlocked so processes can resume normally?
2) Please notice attached screenshot from Podo the AI, who suggested I log into the account to contact JOTform Support... when the account was locked and I CANNOT log in.
I -- and my technologically-handicapped co-workers -- anxiously await your response.
