How to Change my Account's Email Address?

Hi, would I be able to transfer the primary email address on my account to a different email?

If so, can you please let me know the steps.

To change the primary email address on your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to your My Workspace page and click on your profile picture/avatar at the top-right.
2. Click on your name in the menu to open your Account Page in a new tab.
3. Click Edit next to your current email address.
4. Enter your new email address and click Save.

If email verification is enabled, you will need to confirm the change via codes sent to your old and new email addresses.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Changing the account email address is easy, let me show you how:

1. In My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture in the upper right side of the page. 
2. Select Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings menu on the left side of the page, Go to Account tab.
4. Scroll to your Email option and select Edit.
5. 
   
6. Input the new email address and select the Save button.

Depending on your account’s settings (i.e., HIPAA accounts), you may get a confirmation email to verify your new email address. If you do get one, please make sure to verify it.

You can change your email address with this method. You will receive all emails about your account to your new email address.
