- Problem 1: went to revert a change in my version history. Wasn't working. So I followed what the support forums said and tried logging into incognito.
- Problem 2: I logged into my account incognito and all of my forms were gone.
- Problem 3: Then I logged into my account in a regular browser, but I cannot get an authentication code. Nothing is being sent to my email even though it did before.

Can you check the spam and trash folders of your email inbox to see if the authentication code is in there? If you can't see the authentication code in your email inbox, you can fill out our Jotform Account Recovery form to recover your account.
