AI Agent: How to have the Agent calculate distance if user wants to order?

Hi which form Widget is appropriate for calculating distance between a user and a store, e.g a user and a restaurant.

Can this value be communicated to the user via WhatsApp Agent to charge delivery fee?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, AI Agent does not have a feature to calculate distance directly on the AI Agent environment. What you can do is to have this calculated using a form and have this form filled up via communication with AI Agent. You can first create the form and connect payment forms, or forms set up with one of our 40+ Payment Processors, to your AI Agents in a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

2. In the menu on the left, click on Forms.

3. Then, click on Add New Form at the top of the Forms section.

4. In the Dropdown menu, select your Payment Form. Or use the Search bar at the top of the menu to find a specific one easily. Note that payment forms display a Dollar Sign icon on the right side of the form name, making them easy to identify.

5. Finally, click on Add.

Now, your AI agent can help users who want to make a purchase through your payment forms by taking their orders and completing any required details. Check out the screenshot below to see how it'll look:

Then, once only the payment step remains, your AI Agent will prompt users to review and submit the populated form. Like you see in the screenshot below:

Once you already have created the AI Agent, it should be available to connect to your WhatsApp.
