Account issue: I accidentally typed the wrong email address.

    I accidentally typed the wrong email address by entering a eknowkes instead of eknowles.

    Hi Esphelane,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you accidentally typed the wrong email address on your account, and you want to change it to the correct one, make sure that the correct one is not associated with any Jotform account. To proceed, you need to fill out our Account Recovery Process form and the respective team will review your request, and if it's approved, the current email address of your account will be changed to the new email address that you entered on the form.
