Hi
We are currently using the free version of Jotform to collect a small number of signed forms each month (30-50) but really need to have multiple users on the account.
It would seem that there is no way to get more than one user according to your pricing structure. Is there anyway that we can change this?

Regarding your question about having multiple users on a Jotform account, our standard plans, which is Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans, are designed for individual, single-user use. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add additional users to a single account under these plans.
If you require multiple users to access and manage forms under one account, the best option is to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts are specifically designed to accommodate multiple users on a team, providing full control and visibility into each team member's actions. This is ideal for collaborative environments and team management.
Alternatively, if upgrading to Enterprise is not an option, you can use our Form Collaboration feature, which allows multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same form. You can also share submission tables with your team for collaboration without sharing login credentials.
