Checklist widget: Show only the selected option in the downloaded Excel file.

I have a question about the multiple selection function. When I download the Excel file, I notice that unchecked items still appear in the Excel cell. Is there a way to display only the checked items?

Hi Darren,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you don't want the unchecked options in the Checklist widget not to show when you download the submission data as an Excel file. To do that you just simply need to enable the Hide unchecked items on the Checklist widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the Checklist widget, then click on it.

2. Click on the Wand Icon to open the Widget Settings, then switch the toggle switch to Yes for the Hide unchecked items option.

3. Then, once done, click on the Update button below.
