AI Agent: Request to display paragraph fields when filling the form

I have tried creating AI agent for Supplier/Contractor pre-qualification form. But it is not working as per the logic set up in form.

Could you please assist. I have tried training the agent, but it is not going anywhere..

If so, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? For example, at which point or question the logic is breaking? Are there specific actions you're doing that successfully replicates the issue? Does the issue only occur when the form is filled out through the AI agent and not through the form link?

In the meantime, I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again and see how it goes?

The issue persists with AI completing the form.

The form link works as per the logic set.

When AI is completing the form, after selecting the main category and sub-category, it should display the documents required for submission for that category and then it should go to next page to upload required documents as set in the logic.

But AI ask directly to upload insurance documents after subcategory is selected. I just tried for one category which doesn’t require environmental documents, but it still asks for that..

I tested your AI Agent and was able to see the issue you described. Unfortunately, at the moment, the AI Agent is nos able to show contents like paragraph fields added to a form. It only asks questions related to the input fields. That is why your information added in the Paragraph element is not displayed.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
