Field Name Changed in Webhook Data

    Hi JotForm Support,

    We noticed that the field in the webhook data, which was previously sent as topWindows, is now being sent as topWindow. This change caused issues on our end since our system was expecting the original field name.

    Could you please confirm why this field name changed without notice? Also, is there a way to prevent such unexpected changes in the future?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For us to further investigate the issue, could you send us a screen recording of what is happening so we can look into it? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
