When downloading an excel report for my form that has 48k submissions, it is only providing the last 10k. Is there a way to download all form submissions?

Hi Joey,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
You can download more than 30k submissions from your form by going to My Forms, selecting your form, and clicking on Submissions. In Jotform Tables, click the Download button and choose your preferred format (Excel, CSV, etc.). The download will start automatically once your file is ready. This method allows you to download all your 48k submissions in one report.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I only see that it is supporting 30k submissions. How do you select more?

Hi Joey,
You can download all submissions by going to My Forms, selecting your form, and clicking on Submissions. In Jotform Tables, click the Download button and choose your preferred format. The system will prepare the file and start the download automatically, even if you have more than 30k submissions.

I had to create a new table. This is resolved.

Hi Joey,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Theoretically, there's no limit on how many submissions you can download per form, in one go. So long as the submissions are there and are possible to be downloaded, Then it should be doable on your end.
Can you try again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you also have a different device to test this, try that as well. If you're using a mobile browser or the Jotform Mobile app, close and reopen it, and then test the form again.
I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data. You can also do the same on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon, and then click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going, and look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon, and then click on Settings.
2. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
3. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
Also, I'd like to request your permission for us to try to download the submissions on your end, to see if we can replicate the issue. We'll delete them after and let you know once we're done with the test.
Give it a try and, after we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
