How to change account username?

Changing your Jotform username is easy to do. Let me help you with that:

1. On your Account Settings, click on Edit in the Username section.
2. Enter your new username and click on Save. That's it.

If you're using HIPAA, the only way to change your username is to disable HIPAA compliance. You can re-enable HIPAA compliance after the process. Additionally, changing your username will invalidate All Custom Form URLs that include your old username. We also have a guide about How to Change Your Username that you can check out.
