Jotform App: Store Builder form integrate to Monday.com

I created a Store and used the native form for orders (I did not create or add a form element). I did this so the cart total shows up. I want any orders that come through this 'form' to be sent to my CRM (monday.com) or through Zapier to my CRM. When I go to Monday.com, it is saying that I don't have any forms in my Jotform account. Is it possible to connect the native form in the store builder to my CRM or even an external Excel doc.

    Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to integrate a Jotform App with the CRM. The only workaround would be to add a Product List on a Form and then add the Form on the App. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Once you have created your form with the Product List, in App Builder, click on the + Add Element button in the top left side of the screen.
    2. Under the Basic tab, click on the Form element.
    3. Select the Form containing the Product list and then click on the Add Forms button.
    4. Finally, click on the Gear icon on its right side, and in the properties panel set the Show Form option to ON.

That's it. This way, you can integrate your Form with your CRM.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thank you, but this wasn't working with the 'Add to Cart' feature. I have multiple pages of items in the store and I wanted them to flip between each page to add items to the cart.

    Hi Julie,

You're correct, the Add to Cart feature is not available to the classic form layout. We don't have any workaround to connect Jotform App to CRM as of this moment.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated the ticket to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

We'll get back to you as soon as we get an update from them.

Is there a way to send the table externally as it updates? We could make that work as well

    Hi Julie,

Unfortunately, no, if this were a form, you could Send your Data to Other Apps in Jotform Tables. But, since you’re using the App Builder, it’s not currently possible to do this. As my colleague mentioned, we’ve escalated this as a feature request and exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
