Quickbooks invoice not showing available payment options

I have been using the Quickbooks Online integration for several months and it has worked great. A few days ago, I was alerted of a problem that is occurring. When a form is submitted, the integration is supposed to create an invoice for my customer. It does that fine, however, the invoice is no longer providing any payment options on the invoice. I checked all of my settings in Quickbooks and I have all of the appropriate payment options turned on. When I create an invoice manually, all of the payment options show up. It is only when the invoice is automated with the Jotform integration that it is not providing payment options. This essentially makes the whole invoice creation worthless because I have to go in an manually adjust each invoice to make the payment options show up. I am really hoping this is an easy fix so I can get back to serving my customers in the ways they expect.

    Hi Brandon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to check on this. I’ll get back to you shortly.

    Hi Brandon,

I have been testing the integration and it seems to be working correctly. But there is no option for the payment options to show in the invoice sent through the integration. Check out this sample integration:

You can try to contact Quickbook support regarding the payment options not showing in the invoice. But if the issue is at our end, let us know and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
