Hello, it does not appear that the Outlook Appointment Integration is recognizing my calendar availability. You can see that the 3pm appointment is available in JF even though it's booked in my calendar. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Hi John,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Outlook Appointment Integration offers a two-way sync that checks your Outlook Calendar in real time and hides any time slots that are already booked to prevent double-booking. If your booked appointments are still showing as available, it might be due to a setup or authentication issue. Make sure that:
- Your Outlook account is properly authenticated and connected.
- The correct calendar is selected for syncing.
- There are no conflicting settings or multiple appointment fields with different integrations.
- The integration is enabled and not paused (check if the Create New Events toggle is on).
This integration also automatically creates events in your Outlook Calendar when appointments are booked through your form, and updates or cancellations are synced as well.
