I've worked with your AI agent and have added the code from Form Fields into my return email, but each time I test, it doesn't attach. See below where I have added input 42 and notReady. The previous form field works fine at the beginning of the email.
Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and added the fields to the autoresponder email, It worked with no issues:
You can try to remove the fields from the email and add them again. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
- Click on the Email Content window, then remove the old fields from the email and click on Form Fields, and add the fields again
