Hi ISNA,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
You can stop receiving email notifications for Jotform Sign submissions by adjusting your notification settings. To do this, go to your form's Settings tab, select Emails, and either disable or delete the notification email that sends you alerts when someone submits the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That only works for when someone submits the form but the signature part still triggers an email!

Hi ISNA,
Currently, it is not possible to disable the email confirmation sent after a document is signed in Jotform Sign, as this is a built-in feature.
If you want to stop receiving signatures as PNG attachments in emails, you can adjust this in your Security settings by unchecking "Require log-in to view uploaded files."

Hi programs_Programs_programs394,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Right now, there’s no option to turn off Jotform Sign email notifications. By default, both you and the signers get an email with a copy of the signed document.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
