I would like to add an employee at my company as a recipient to be notified via email as to when a specific form has been filled out. How do I do this?

Hi Karen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To add an employee as an email recipient for form notifications, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder.
- Select the Emails tab on the left side.
- Edit the existing Notification Email by clicking the pencil icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab and add the employee's email address under Recipient Email.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Note that Starter (Free) accounts allow only one recipient per notification, while paid accounts can add multiple recipients.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Where is the form builder option?

Hi Karen,
The Form Builder is where you create and edit your forms. You can access it by going to your My Forms page on Jotform. From there, hover over the form you want to edit and click Edit Form. This will open the Form Builder where you can customize your form and set up email notifications.
Let me know if you need more help.
