Urgent Help Needed – Encrypted Form Access Issue
Dear Jotform Support,
I need assistance accessing my Jotform account and submitted forms. It appears that encryption is enabled on one or more of my forms, and I did not set or save an encryption password. As a result, I am unable to open or view the registration forms that parents are currently submitting.
This encryption feature is too complex for my current needs. I would prefer to remove it entirely and return to the previous setup, where I could simply log in to my account and view submitted forms without any extra steps or codes.
I’ve tried the "Forgot password" option, but I have not been able to retrieve or reset the encryption key. At this point, I urgently need to:
1. Access the submitted registration forms.
2. Remove encryption from my forms so I can manage them more easily moving forward.
Please help me resolve this as soon as possible. I truly appreciate your support.
Thank you,
Joy

Hi Joy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support, Keep in mind that once a password is set in an encrypted form, you can't reset or change it anymore. Unfortunately, if you lost or forgot the current password for your encrypted form, you can't access them anymore and those data are considered lost. You can learn about the Jotform Encryption by visiting this link.
