Hello we are having issues when submitting our form called "HC Constructors New Hire | PART IV | I9 form"
Certain times users go to submit emails will be kicked back as they are not valid even when they are
and we have also noticed that people submit the form and it shows are complete but it doesn't show up on the backend or in the email notification. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I've cleared your form cache, could you test your form again and see how it goes. If the issue persists, will you give us permission to do a test submission to see if we can replicate the issue? If the form is embedded on a website, could you also share the web page link where the form is embedded. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
